Thomas Sweet Social Media Manager

Thomas Sweet is a local coffee and ice cream store in New Jersey. I worked with the owner for a year to grow their presence on Instagram, gain followers, and attract more customers.

 

When I started working on their Instagram, I looked at other coffee shops and ice cream stores in the area to see what they were doing. I noticed no stores in the area had a consistent posting schedule, as well as no content that stood out from the rest!

 

I started by posting consistently on their Instagram with higher quality content. I shot the photos myself and edited on Adobe Photoshop as well as Procreate. I posted interactive stories almost daily using polls and question boxes. I saw a lot of positive feedback right away. I gained the the company over 250 followers and increased engagement by over 50%.
